The nearby area offers the possibility of different trips, on foot or by car, for example to 17th century Sacromonti (complex of chapels dedicated to a saint), or to the Ossola alpine valleys, with Monte Rosa and the Pestarena gold mine, or to the Vigezzo Valley, the valley of the painters. The Valgrande National Park, Italy’s widest wilderness area, never disappoints the expectations of those who love trekking.
